Reggie grew up with his loved foster parents Alice and Bill in his young years. They took him camping and fishing, some of his favourite activities, along with watching his all-time favourite cartoon the Bigs Bunny Road Runner Show in the 60s. Reggie has lived in North Bay, Sudbury, worked and lived in Nipigon for over 10 years and eventually moved to Thunder Bay in his late 20s where he remembers time spent roller skating at Wheelies Roller Centre. Reggie worked at Monty Park centre when it was still Arc Industries and also helped with the arts and crafts that would happen at this gathering place. Reggie met some wonderful staff there: Karen, Lori, Cary, Francis and too many more to mention including Sharon Strachan. Reggie is a DJ by night and cleaner by day. He also works at Winners Home Sense where he was kissed by a goat for good luck for 2021. He loves working at Roots to Harvest because of the people and the fun, the educational aspects, the gardening, but mostly being part of a team and family.
Reggie is allergic to people when he sneezes, and doesn’t like any kind of olive. The smell, the taste and definitely no pink olives. Reggie also has quite the sense of humour.s.
