Reid Kennel

Raised in Kitchener-Waterloo, Reid came to Thunder Bay only recently. He was immediately taken by the natural beauty of Thunder Bay, its strong local identity, and support for community organizations. After completing a BA in Peace and Conflict Studies Reid worked in international humanitarian aid and to build community for folks who have experienced homelessness. 
Outside of work you can find Reid spending his time trying new recipes, diving into a new book (and sometimes finishing them) or getting into the outdoors to climb the cliff faces, hike the forests, and paddle the waterways of Northwestern Ontario.
